金屬硼化物陶瓷在航空航天、電池正極載體材料、催化劑等多個工業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有應(yīng)用潛力,但粉體原料的性能不佳制約了它們更為廣泛的應(yīng)用。熔鹽法利用液相介質(zhì)中反應(yīng)物具有更快的擴(kuò)散速度這個特點,在較短的時間內(nèi)和較低的溫度下就能完成合成反應(yīng),制備的粉體在純度、粒度分布、形貌控制、分散狀態(tài)、表面潔凈度等方面相比其他制備方法有顯著的優(yōu)勢?偨Y(jié)了近幾年熔鹽法制備高質(zhì)量硼化物粉體的研究進(jìn)展,介紹了二元硼化物粉體、三元硼化物粉體、高熵二硼化物(HEBs)粉體以及硼化物復(fù)合粉體的合成條件、粉體表征、反應(yīng)過程和機理,簡要說明了目前主要的研究內(nèi)容和研究方向。這些研究可為其他金屬硼化物的熔鹽法合成提供參考。

Metal-boride ceramics have potential applications in aerospace, battery anode carrier materials, catalysts and other industrial fields, but the poor properties of powder materials restrict their wider application. The reactants in liquid media have a faster diffusion rate, the molten salt method takes advantage of this feature to complete the synthesis in a relatively short time and at a relatively low temperature. The prepared powder have significant advantages compared to other preparation methods in aspects such as purity, particle size distribution, morphology control, decentralized state and surface cleanliness. This paper summarizes the research progress in preparation of high quality boride powders by molten salt method in recent years, such as binary boride powder, ternary boride powder, high entropy diboride powder and boride compound powder. Their synthesis conditions, characterization, reaction process and mechanism were introduced. These studies can provide reference for the synthesis of other metal borides by molten salt method.
