通過軸向閉式輾軋(ACDR)成形技術(shù)對7050鋁合金進行成形加工,并進行仿真模擬,研究了ACDR對7050鋁合金組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,ACDR后7050鋁合金厚板的應(yīng)變分布為:中心>1/2R>邊緣,成形過程中存在“蘑菇效應(yīng)”。通過OM和SEM觀察后發(fā)現(xiàn)不同位置的鍛態(tài)組織存在一定差異,中心位置為等軸晶組織;1/2R處發(fā)生動態(tài)回復(fù);邊緣處組織已模糊不清,呈現(xiàn)纖維狀。經(jīng)過472 ℃×150 min固溶處理和120 ℃×400 min+160 ℃×360 min雙級時效處理后分別對中心和邊緣的徑向和弦向試樣進行常溫拉伸性能測試,結(jié)果表明,ACDR后7050鋁合金在中心和邊緣處的屈服強度和延伸率存在一定差異,在徑向和弦向兩個方向力學(xué)性能差異不大。

After axial closed die rolling (ACDR) technology forming and simulation, the influence of ACDR on the microstructure and properties of 7050 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the strain distribution of 7050 aluminum alloy thick plate after ACDR is as follows: center>1/2R>edge, and mushroom effect exists in the forming process. By OM and SEM abservation, it is found that there are some differences in the forged structure at different locations. The central position is an equiaxed crystal structure, the dynamic recovery occurs at 1/2R, and the structure at the edge is blurred and shows a fibrous structure. After solution treatment at 472 ℃×150 min and dual aging treatment at 120 ℃×400 min+160 ℃×360 min, radial and chord tensile properties of the center and edge are tested at room temperature, respectively. The results show that there are some differences in the yield strength and elongation of 7050 aluminum alloy at the center and edge, and little difference in the mechanical properties of the radial and chordwise.
