在高溫高壓條件下研究氟化錳的物理性質(zhì)對于理解其磁性性質(zhì)和反鐵磁序行為具有重要意義;谠煌捷椛鋁射線衍射結(jié)合金剛石壓砧技術(shù),在最高壓力為13.1 GPa和最高溫度為700 K的條件下,對MnF2結(jié)構(gòu)的演變行為進(jìn)行了研究。實驗過程中成功觀察到MnF2的4個相,在從常溫常壓到上述壓力溫度范圍內(nèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)相變順序為:金紅石型(P42/mnm)→α-PbO2型(Pbcn)→P42m→ZrO2型(Pbcm)→SrI2型(Pbca),其中α-PbO2型(Pbcn)和P42m結(jié)構(gòu)在降壓過程中觀察到。并給出了MnF2的完整相圖,這對預(yù)測類似材料在高溫高壓下的結(jié)構(gòu)演變具有重要意義。

The study of manganese fluoride (MnF2) under high-temperature and highpressure conditions is of significant importance for understanding its magnetic properties and antiferromagnetic ordering behavior. In this study, in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction combined with a diamond anvil cell was employed to investigate the structural evolution of MnF2 at pressures up to 13.1 GPa and temperatures up to 700 K. Four distinct phases of MnF2 were successfully observed, and the sequence of structural phase transitions within the aforementioned pressure-temperature range was determined to be rutile-type (P42/mnm)→α-PbO2-type (Pbcn)→P42m→ZrO2-type (Pbcm)→SrI2-type (Pbca), with the presence of the α-PbO2-type (Pbcn) and P42m structures observed during decompression. A comprehensive phase diagram of MnF2 was presented, which holds important implications for predicting structural transformations in similar materials under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
