金屬疲勞過程本質上是金屬損傷的過程,金屬損傷是一種不可逆的能量耗散過程。通過能量法表征疲勞損傷程度對于了解金屬疲勞過程具有重要意義,且更能從本質上研究疲勞程度。疲勞斷裂熵作為能量不可逆的度量,逐漸被學者用來表征疲勞過程中的不可逆損傷過程,并以此來進行壽命預測分析。概述了現(xiàn)有的疲勞斷裂熵相關計算統(tǒng)計方法以及基于此類方法的壽命預測分析。對不同條件下的疲勞斷裂熵進行了統(tǒng)計意義上的分析,得到了疲勞斷裂熵產作為金屬疲勞損傷指標的變化規(guī)律,說明了疲勞斷裂熵評估疲勞損傷的有效性,總結了疲勞斷裂熵恒定以及隨加載條件變化的具體試驗范圍規(guī)律。疲勞斷裂熵對于統(tǒng)一牛頓力學和熱力學以及表征疲勞損傷過程都有重要意義。

Metal fatigue process is essentially a process of metal damage, which is an irreversible energy dissipation process. Characterization of fatigue damage by energy method is of great significance for understanding metal fatigue process and studying the fatigue process in essence. As a measure of irreversible energy, fatigue fracture entropy is gradually used by scholars to characterize the irreversible damage process in the fatigue process, and to conduct life prediction analysis. This paper provides an overview of the existing statistics of fatigue fracture and life prediction analysis based on fatigue fracture entropy methods. This paper analyzes the fatigue fracture entropy under different conditions, obtains the change rule of fatigue fracture entropy production as the index of metal fatigue damage, explains the effectiveness of fatigue fracture entropy to evaluate fatigue damage, and summarizes the specific test range rule of constant fatigue fracture entropy and the change with loading conditions. Fatigue fracture entropy is important both for unifying Newtonian mechanics and thermodynamics and for characterizing fatigue damage processes.
