針對Q550D鋼焊接接頭,探討了打磨、鎢極惰性氣體保護焊(TIG)熔修和超聲沖擊3種焊后延壽處理工藝對接頭疲勞性能的影響。通過對接頭進行不同處理后開展疲勞試驗并繪制應力壽命曲線(SN曲線),比較原始焊態(tài)與各處理態(tài)接頭的疲勞壽命、特征疲勞強度和疲勞極限。結(jié)果表明,3種焊后處理均能有效提升接頭的特征疲勞強度和疲勞極限,尤其是在低應力范圍內(nèi),對疲勞壽命的提升更為顯著。其中,超聲沖擊處理效果最佳,特征疲勞強度和疲勞極限分別提升了65%和102%。通過分析不同熱處理態(tài)和焊態(tài)SN曲線的交點位置,指出應根據(jù)接頭的實際應力情況選擇適當?shù)暮筇幚砉に,以確保疲勞性能的最大提升。

In this paper, the effects of grinding, tungsten inert gas welding (TIG)dressing and ultrasonic impact on the fatigue performance of Q550D steel welded joints were investigated. After different treatments, fatigue test was carried out and S-N curves were plotted to compare the fatigue life, characteristic fatigue strength and fatigue limit between the as-welded state and treated states. The results show that all three post-welding treatments can effectively improve the characteristic fatigue strength and fatigue limit of the joints, with more significant improvements observed at lower stress ranges. Among them, the ultrasonic impact treatment achieves the best results, with the characteristic fatigue strength and fatigue limit being increased by 65% and 102%,respectively. By analyzing the intersection points of the S-N curves, the study also points out that the appropriate post-treatment process should be selected according to the actual stress condition of the joints to ensure the maximum improvement of fatigue performance.
