光動力療法( PDT )作為一種非侵入性和高度腫瘤選擇性的治療方法,在腫瘤治療領域中具有廣泛應用,然而其穿透深度受到一定限制。切倫科夫光作為一種具有潛力的新型光源,可激發(fā)光敏劑實現(xiàn)腫瘤治療,從而解決傳統(tǒng)PDT的諸多局限;谇袀惪品蚬庹T導的腫瘤光動力療法(CR-PDT)近年來備受關注,它利用高速粒子產(chǎn)生的切倫科夫光以實現(xiàn)腫瘤內(nèi)部的光照射,從而提高治療效果,有效解決PDT在穿透深度方面所受到的限制。然而切倫科夫光是一種較為微弱的光源,無法實現(xiàn)對頑固性腫瘤的有效治療。因此,許多研究者將CR-PDT與其他療法(如化療、免疫療法等)結合,并結合先進納米技術與成像技術,以實現(xiàn)腫瘤的精準診療。從放射性核素與外照射兩個方面對切倫科夫輻射(CR)在腫瘤光動力綜合療法的研究進行綜述,并在最后簡述了CR-PDT的挑戰(zhàn)與未來發(fā)展,旨在為腫瘤精準診療提供新思路。

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a non-invasive and highly tumor-selective treatment method that has widespread applications in the field of tumor treatment, but its penetration depth is limited. The Cherenkov light, a novel light source with potential, can excite the photosensitizer to achieve tumor treatment, thus solving many limitations of traditional PDT. Cherenkovinduced tumor photodynamic therapy (CR-PDT) has recently received considerable attention, which utilizes the Cherenkov light generated by highspeed particles to achieve internal illumination of tumors, thereby improving treatment effects and effectively solving the limitations of PDT in penetration depth. However, Cherenkov light is a relatively weak light source and cannot effectively treat stubborn tumors. Therefore, many researchers have combined CR-PDT with other therapies (such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy) and combined advanced nanotechnology and imaging technology to achieve precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors. This review summarizes the research on Cherenkov radiation(CR) in tumor photodynamic synergistic comprehensive therapy from the perspectives of radioactive nuclides and external irradiation,and briefly describes the challenges and future development of CR-PDT to provide new ideas for precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
