納米多孔金屬鎳材料的研制成功,開(kāi)拓了多孔金屬新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。綜述了脫合金法從NiAl合金中制備納米多孔鎳材料的必要條件,并分析了脫元素法和脫相法各自的特點(diǎn)。脫元素法獲得的納米多孔鎳的結(jié)構(gòu)是三維無(wú)序內(nèi)部互連通孔結(jié)構(gòu),而脫相法會(huì)產(chǎn)生原有的γ相或γ′相與多孔結(jié)構(gòu)互相交織的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),其中互通孔道大多為幾百納米寬。脫相法是個(gè)電化學(xué)控制的過(guò)程,脫元素法不需要加電壓。同時(shí),指出了納米多孔鎳基材料的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域及今后的研究方向。

The successful development of nanoporous nickel and nickel alloy materials has opened up new application fields of porous metal. Essential requirement of the nanoporous nickel materials preparaed by dealloying from NiAl alloy was reviewed in this paper. The specialties of deelement and dephase method were also pointed out respectively.
