通過金屬有機(jī)源化學(xué)氣相沉積技術(shù)(MOCVD)已可制得I(xiàn) c達(dá)280 A/cm,I(xiàn) c×L為 300 330 A·m的高性能YBCO帶材,表現(xiàn)出巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)和誘人的應(yīng)用前景。進(jìn)一步提高前驅(qū)鹽的揮發(fā)性和批次穩(wěn)定性不但能降低YBCO帶材的生產(chǎn)成本、也能提高其性能穩(wěn)定性。本研究報(bào)道了MOCVD法制備YBCO所需β二酮中間體TMHD及其釔、鋇、銅金屬有機(jī)前驅(qū)鹽的制備,通過紅外光譜和核磁共振譜對(duì)其化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)予以確認(rèn);同時(shí)以金屬鋇與TMHD在正戊烷或正己烷中制備了無水 β 二酮鋇鹽(Ba[tmhd]2),隨后用五乙烯六胺為輔助配體(L)制備了揮發(fā)性更好的無水復(fù)合配體鋇鹽(Ba[tmhd]2·L),并通過熱重分析技術(shù)比較了各前驅(qū)鹽的揮發(fā)性,結(jié)果表明:輔助配體五乙烯六胺對(duì)提高鋇鹽揮發(fā)性作用顯著。

By metal organic chemical vapor deposition process (MOCVD), the kilometer lengths of YBa2Cu3Ox (YBCO) secondgeneration HTS wires with a minimum critical currents of 280A/cm corresponding to a record I(xiàn)c×length value of 300330 A·mm has been obtained, and MOCVD technique showed great advantage and attractive prospect in YBCO manufacture of high throughput that enables large production capacity.
