墨粉是電子成像顯像專用信息化學(xué)品在IT和自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的主要耗材，包括靜電復(fù)印粉、激光打印粉、彩色激光打印粉等。隨著靜電復(fù)印機(jī)、激光打印機(jī)、彩色激光打印機(jī)等成像設(shè)備使用量的增加，墨粉的需求量快速增長(zhǎng)。然而，制備高端墨粉的技術(shù)壁壘極高，主要為歐美和日本壟斷，因此高端墨粉的研發(fā)在我國(guó)具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。簡(jiǎn)介了墨粉的構(gòu)成與分類，綜述了墨粉主要的制備技術(shù)及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外墨粉市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀，展望了墨粉今后的研究方向。

The toner is one of primary consumed materials for laser printer and laser copier. With the increase of demand on the electrostatic copiers and laser printers，the demand on the toner is growing very fast. However, manufacture technology for high quality toner like color toner has long been monopolized by Japanese，European and American. The technology barrier is high for China. Under such circumstances, the development of high quality toner has great practical significance and broad market prospects.
