超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金是WC晶粒度≤05 μm的硬質(zhì)合金,這類合金具有高強(qiáng)度和高硬度的優(yōu)異性能。目前由超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金制備的高效刀具已經(jīng)廣泛用于航空航天、核能、汽車、發(fā)電設(shè)備、新能源和電子通訊等現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)。主要對中國超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金原料(例如超細(xì)碳化鎢粉、鈷粉、復(fù)合粉)和超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金制備技術(shù)、性能及表征方法作了系統(tǒng)的闡述。最后對超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金制備技術(shù)進(jìn)行了展望。
- Abstract:

The sintered WC Co with ultrafine grain sizes (<05 nm) is called ultrafine cemented carbide, which possesses optimized properties such as hardness and strength. Efficient tools prepared by ultrafine cemented carbides have been used in aerospace,nuclear energy, automotive,generating equipment,new energy and other fields of electronic communications.The development of ultrafine cemented carbides and raw materials was systematically introduced and reviewed,mainly in aspects of the preparation,property and characterization of ultrafine tungsten carbide powder,ultrafine cobalt powder, WCCo composite powder and ultrafine cemented carbides in China.Prospects on technology of the ultrafine cemented carbide were discussed finally.
