金屬零件3D打印技術(shù)作為整個(gè)3D打印體系中最為前沿和最巨潛力的技術(shù),是目前先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的重要發(fā)展方向。隨著科技發(fā)展對(duì)材料的不斷需求,利用快速成型技術(shù)直接制造金屬功能零件將會(huì)成為該技術(shù)的主要發(fā)展方向。3D打印技術(shù)正在快速改變著我們傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)方式和生活方式。未來(lái),以數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、個(gè)性化、定制化為特點(diǎn)的3D打印制造技術(shù)被外界認(rèn)為將推動(dòng)第三次工業(yè)革命。激光工程化凈成形技術(shù)(Laser Engineered Net Shaping,LENS),激光選區(qū)熔化技術(shù)(Selective laser melting,SLM)及電子束熔化技術(shù)(Electron Beam Melting,EBM)三種技術(shù)是金屬零件3D打印技術(shù)的典型代表。本文首先以這三種技術(shù)為例介紹了金屬3D打印技術(shù),包括基本的技術(shù)原理,其次介紹了金屬3D打印技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,最后對(duì)它們的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。

Manufacturing of Metal Parts by 3D Printing Technology, as the greatest advanced and potential technology, presents the most important direction of Modern Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. With the development of science and technology constantly demand for materials, utilizing the Rapid Proto-typing Technology producing metal functional parts directly will be the main research directions. 3D printing technology is rapidly changing our traditional mode of production and way of life. 3D printing manufacturing technology, which is networked and personalized, will drive the third industrial revolution. Laser Engineered Net Shaping (LENS), Selective laser melting (SLM) and Electron Beam Melting (EBM) are the typical representative of the metal parts 3D printing technology. Based on the three types of technologies, this paper gave an overview introduction on metal 3D printing technologies, which include the basic constitution of equipments and fabricating principles. Then, the application fields of metal 3D printing technologies were introduced. At last, the development prospects of them were discussed.
