鈦合金因優(yōu)異的綜合性能受到國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者和使用者的青睞,基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)研究的核心是 “ 合金成分 --- 工藝 --- 組織 --- 性能 ” 之間關(guān)系的研究。以往鈦合金的成分設(shè)計(jì)、工藝 -- 組織 -- 性能間關(guān)系的研究基本上定性的,獲得了良好的結(jié)果,并獲得了實(shí)際應(yīng)用。 “ 合金成分 --- 工藝 --- 組織 --- 性能 ” 之間的定量關(guān)系研究近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外均開展了研究工作,并取得一定的進(jìn)展。本文綜述了高強(qiáng)鈦合金的成分定量設(shè)計(jì)、工藝 -- 組織 -- 性能間定量關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展,主要包含了高強(qiáng)鈦合金成分的定量設(shè)計(jì)方法、微觀組織的定量表征方法、組織與性能定量關(guān)系建立、工藝與性能的定量關(guān)系建立等,并通過(guò)實(shí)際驗(yàn)證。

Because of excellent comprehensive properties, titanium alloys are paid wide attentions from researchers and users. The key research direction is the relationship among composition, processing, microstructure and properties. The design of composition and the relationship among processing, microstructure and property were qualitative analysis in the past, and good results were achieved. In recent years, the quantitative relationships among composition, processing, microstructure and properties were researched, and some results were achieved. This paper interviews the development of quantitative design of composition for high strength titanium alloy and quantitative relationship among processing, microstructure and property, mainly including the quantitative design method of composition for high strength titanium alloy, quantitative characterization for microstructure, quantitative relationship between microstructure and properties and quantitative relationship between processing and properties, and the quantitative relationship was passed testing and verifying.
