粉末高溫合金是先進航空發(fā)動機關鍵熱端部件的優(yōu)選材料,先進的粉末制備技術是獲得高品質(zhì)高溫合金粉末,保證合金件質(zhì)量的關鍵技術。近年來,我國在粉末高溫合金的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)技術方面都取得了突破性進展,成功研發(fā)出新一代粉末高溫合金,形成了成熟的粉末高溫合金生產(chǎn)工藝路線。在粉末制備技術方面,通過對高純凈母合金熔煉技術、先進霧化制粉技術和電選分離技術的深入研究,進一步發(fā)展了粉末純凈化制備技術,滿足了我國航空發(fā)動機領域?qū)Ψ勰└邷睾辖痍P鍵零部件的需求。本文簡要回顧了國內(nèi)外粉末高溫合金的發(fā)展歷程,分析了粉末高溫合金中的缺陷來源及其對合金性能的影響,概述了我國鎳基高溫合金粉末制備技術的發(fā)展情況,討論了未來高溫合金粉末及其關鍵制備技術的發(fā)展方向。

P/M superalloy is the preferred materials of critical advanced aero-engine hot section, advanced powder preparation technique is the key technologies to obtain high-quality superalloy powder and to ensure the quality of P/M superalloy. In recent years, breakthrough progress has been made on China’s research and production of P/M superalloy. The new generation P/M superalloy were successfully developed and the mature process were formed on production of P/M superalloy. The pure powder preparation technology has been developed to meet the requirements of aero-engine P/M superalloy key parts,through the in-depth research on high-purity master alloy smelting technology, advanced atomization technology and electric separation technology. This paper briefly reviews the domestic and international development of P/M superalloy. The source and their impact of defects in P/M superalloy were analyzed. Then, three key technologies of superalloy powder production process were summarized. At last, the further development direction of superalloy powder preparation technology were discussed in this paper.
