玻璃與金屬封接件以其優(yōu)良的氣密性、密封性能、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度等綜合性能,廣泛應(yīng)用于軍品及民品行業(yè)中。針對(duì)應(yīng)用于鋰亞電池領(lǐng)域的玻璃金屬封接絕緣子生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的殘次品,玻璃封接界面中出現(xiàn)的氣泡、漏洞、炸裂等缺陷,分組設(shè)計(jì)返燒封接試驗(yàn),通過對(duì)多次返燒絕緣子的玻璃狀態(tài)、封接氣密性、抗拉強(qiáng)度、拉伸量、拉拔時(shí)間等綜合因素的觀察和測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)多次封接過程中,絕緣子氣密性、抗拉強(qiáng)度表現(xiàn)出來的量變趨勢(shì)與玻璃-金屬封接界面表現(xiàn)出的質(zhì)變狀態(tài)高度一致:玻璃整體狀態(tài)較好,絕緣子性能較好。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:第一次封接后產(chǎn)品綜合性能最高,隨著封接次數(shù)的增多,玻璃狀態(tài)、氣密性、抗拉強(qiáng)度均有明顯下降,產(chǎn)品一致性越來越差;且發(fā)現(xiàn)玻璃坯的質(zhì)地密實(shí)、尺寸精準(zhǔn)、返燒前對(duì)絕緣子進(jìn)行酸洗表面處理等因素都能有效提高產(chǎn)品封接的綜合性能,并通過反復(fù)試驗(yàn)確定了保證產(chǎn)品性能的最多返燒次數(shù)。

Glass-to-metal elements are widely used in military and civilian areas because of their excellent air tightness, sealing performance, mechanical strength and other comprehensive characteristics. There are some bad defects such as bubbles, holes, cracks in the interface of lithium battery insulator production. Repeated glass-to-metal seal experiments had been designed and made to analyze and observe the glass state, sealing properties, tensile strength and time of the insulators in this paper. As a result, we get the conclusion that multi-times glass-to-metal seal have great influence on sealing characteristics such as air tightness, tensile strength, etc. With the increasing times of glass-to-metal sealing, the comprehensive performance of the products get worse, and the max repeated seal times which can ensure the products performance have been discussed.
