納米銀(銀納米顆粒)是一類新興的銀基功能材料。近十五年來,隨著液相納米制備技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,納米銀的光學(xué)、電學(xué)性能以及廣譜抗菌等生物活性得以深入地研究,并在光電以及生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域獲得了重要應(yīng)用。大量的研究表明,納米銀的上述優(yōu)異特性強(qiáng)烈依賴于其尺寸、形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)。因此,納米銀的可控制備將是對(duì)其特性的合理調(diào)控及后續(xù)應(yīng)用的前提。本文對(duì)基于液相的納米銀可控制備的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了評(píng)述:首先討論了液相體系中納米銀的生長機(jī)制,之后介紹了主要的制備方法,包括直接化學(xué)還原法、種子介導(dǎo)生長法、模板法、光誘導(dǎo)法、微波輔助還原法等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)顆粒的維度,將納米銀分為零維、一維和二維結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)上述納米銀的代表性結(jié)構(gòu)的可控制備方法及研究現(xiàn)狀分別進(jìn)行了評(píng)述。最后簡述了納米銀液相可控制備的未來發(fā)展方向

Nanosilver, comprising silver nanoparticles, is an emerging silver-based functional material. Over the past fifteen years, the progress of solution-synthesis of nanosilver developed rapidly and the excellent properties of nanosilver, including plasmonics, electronics and broad-spectrum antibacterial bioactivities, were extensively investigated and used. Numerious studies indicated that the properties of nanosilver are highly dependent on their size and shape. Therefore controllable synthesis of nanosilver is crucial for optimizing their corresponding properties and expanding the field of applications. This review provides a brief account of solution-synthesis of methods that produce nanosilver controllably. It is organized into four sections: The first section discusses the nucleation and formation of seeds from which nanosilver evolved into their final morphologies under proper reaction kinetics. The second section summarizes the main methods for solution-synthesis of nanosilver. The third section discusses the synthesis and research progress of the nanosilver with different dimensional structures. In the fourth section, some perspectives on the controllable solution-synthesis of nanosilver for future work are presented.
