近些年來,微納米復(fù)合材料發(fā)展十分迅速。微納米復(fù)合材料通常由兩種或以上的不同材料組成在一個(gè)單元結(jié)構(gòu)里,藉此具有多功能的、功能增強(qiáng)或協(xié)同增強(qiáng)的特性。含銀微納米復(fù)合材料是其中重要的研究分支,在當(dāng)前生物醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用中取得了眾多的功能集成或功能增強(qiáng)等研究成果。本文主要綜述了銀/聚合物和銀/氧化鐵這兩類微納復(fù)合材料,首先總結(jié)了銀/聚合物和銀/氧化鐵微納復(fù)合材料的制備方法,包括乳液聚合法,原位生成/還原法,空穴法,離子交換法,一鍋法,種子法,靜電作用法以及膠束法等;其次,總結(jié)了銀/聚合物和銀/氧化鐵復(fù)合材料在表面增強(qiáng)拉曼散射、光學(xué)成像、抗菌抗癌、免疫檢測、電化學(xué)檢測、催化降解等生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,以及對未來發(fā)展趨勢的展望。

In recent years, micro- or nano- composite materials have been rapidly developed. Usually, composite materials are composed of two or more different agents in one micro- or nano- unit structure, which realizes the characteristics of multifunction or synergistic functions enhancement. Silver nanoparticle containing micro- or nano- composite materials are one of the most important research branches in the field of biomedical applications. In this review, Firstly, the preparation methods of silver/ polymer and silver/ iron oxide composites were summarized, which includes emulsion polymerization method, in-situ formation/ reduction method, hole method, ion exchange method, one pot method, seed method, electrostatic interaction method as well as micelle method. Then, their applications have been reviewed. The promising applications on surface enhanced raman scattering, optical imaging, antibacterial, immune detection, electrochemical detection, catalytic degradation and so on have been described in detail.
