采用包埋法、超音速等離子噴涂結(jié)合化學(xué)氣相沉積工藝在C/C復(fù)合材料表面制備了SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC復(fù)合涂層。借助XRD和SEM等測(cè)試手段對(duì)所制備復(fù)合涂層的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,采用恒溫氧化實(shí)驗(yàn)及氧乙炔燒蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)考察涂層復(fù)合材料的高溫抗氧化和抗燒蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,所制備涂層復(fù)合材料在900,1100,1500 ℃均具有較好的高溫抗氧化性能,涂層氧乙炔燒蝕60 s后,質(zhì)量燒蝕率和線燒蝕率分別為-0.05 mg/s和0.56 μm/s。表明所制備的ZrB2-SiC基復(fù)合涂層在為C/C復(fù)合材料提供良好的抗燒蝕保護(hù)的同時(shí),可對(duì)材料提供較寬溫度范圍的抗氧化保護(hù)。

The ZrB2-SiC based multilayer coating for carbon/carbon composites was prepared by pack cementation, supersonic plasma spraying and chemical vapor deposition. The microstructures of the as-prepared multi-layer coating were characterized by XRD and SEM. The anti-oxidation and ablation properties of coated composites were investigated by isothermal oxidation test and oxyacetylene flame test. The results show that the as-coated samples can provide good oxidation protection at 900,1100,1500 ℃. After oxyacetylene ablation for 60 s, the mass and linear ablation rates are-0.05 mg/s and 0.56 μm/s, respectively. The prepared ZrB2-SiC based coating can provide good ablation protection for C/C composites, and combined oxidation protection at a wide temperature range.
