尺寸效應(yīng)是水泥基材料的固有特性,它與材料的配合比、強(qiáng)度以及結(jié)構(gòu)組成等因素有關(guān)。高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料是一種新型復(fù)合材料,具有優(yōu)異的韌性,但同時(shí)其結(jié)構(gòu)組成與普通混凝土相比也具有較大差異。然而,目前針對(duì)尺寸效應(yīng)的研究大多限于普通混凝土和高強(qiáng)混凝土,并且尚無(wú)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料尺寸效應(yīng)的處理作出規(guī)范。為了探究該種復(fù)合材料的抗壓強(qiáng)度尺寸效應(yīng),本文采用兩種不同尺寸的立方體試件,對(duì)16組不同配合比的高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)和正交分析,研究了纖維摻量、水膠比、粉煤灰摻量和砂膠比這四個(gè)因素對(duì)材料強(qiáng)度尺寸效應(yīng)的影響情況。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與普通混凝土相比,高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料的脆性特征明顯減。恢T因素對(duì)尺寸效應(yīng)影響的主次順序?yàn)樗z比>纖維摻量>粉煤灰摻量>砂膠比,其中水膠比和纖維摻量的影響均非常顯著,而砂膠比對(duì)尺寸效應(yīng)影響甚微。

Size effect is the inherent characteristic of cementitious materials, which is related to the factors such as mixture ratio, strength and structure composition. The High toughness cementitious composite is a new type of composite material with excellent toughness, but at the same time the structure of it is quite different from that of ordinary concrete. However, most of the current studies on size effects are limited to ordinary concrete and high-strength concrete, and there is no relevant standard to regulate the size effect of high toughness cementitious composite. In order to explore the compressive strength size effect of high toughness cementitious composite, the uniaxial compressive tests and orthogonal analysis on 16 groups of high toughness cementitious composites with different ratios and two sizes of cube specimens were carried out to study the influence of four factors including fiber content, water-binder ratio, fly ash content and sand-binder ratio on the compressive strength size effect of this material. The test results show that the brittleness of high toughness cementitious composite is obviously reduced compared with ordinary concrete. The primary and secondary order of the influence of this four factors on size effect is water-binder ratio > fiber content > fly ash content > sand-binder ratio; the influence of water-binder ratio and fiber content is highly significant, while sand-binder ratio has little effect on the size effect
