增材制造技術(shù)具有逐層立體快速制造、個(gè)性化制造、柔性生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)勢(shì),憑借其由計(jì)算機(jī)模型直接制造復(fù)雜工件的先進(jìn)技術(shù),已在制造工業(yè)領(lǐng)域獲得大量應(yīng)用。介紹了增材制造在航空航天及汽車等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用情況,分析了增材制造在實(shí)際應(yīng)用以及后期維修中較傳統(tǒng)制造的優(yōu)勢(shì);谠霾闹圃煜鄬(duì)于傳統(tǒng)制造的優(yōu)勢(shì),介紹了增材制造的技術(shù)、設(shè)備、粉末原材料在航空航天用材料的減重設(shè)計(jì)與制造、汽車行業(yè)中的拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化與制造中的應(yīng)用。最后闡述了增材制造在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和應(yīng)用前景,預(yù)測(cè)了增材制造技術(shù)在制造行業(yè)的應(yīng)用將呈指數(shù)增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。

Additive manufacturing technology has the advantages of layer-by-layer rapid manufacturing, personalized manufacturing, flexible production, etc. With the advanced technology of directly manufacturing complex workpieces from computer models, it has been widely used in the manufacturing industry. The applications of additive manufacturing in aerospace and automotive fields are introduced. The advantages of additive manufacturing over traditional manufacturing in practical application and later maintenance are analyzed. Based on the advantages of additive manufacturing compared to traditional manufacturing, this paper introduces the applications of additive manufacturing technology, equipment and powder raw materials in weight reduction design and manufacturing of aerospace materials, and topology optimization and manufacturing in the automotive industry. Finally, the development status and application prospects of additive manufacturing at home and abroad are expounded, and the application of additive manufacturing technology in the manufacturing industry is predicted to increase exponentially.
