氧化鐵皮是熱軋鋼材在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的必然產(chǎn)物。由氧化鐵皮引發(fā)的熱軋鋼材表面質(zhì)量問(wèn)題很多。如何有效利用氧化鐵皮,而不是單純地利用酸洗方法將其除掉,是本研究的重點(diǎn)。分析了近年來(lái)圍繞氧化鐵皮組織和厚度開發(fā)出的氧化鐵皮柔性化控制技術(shù)、熱軋厚規(guī)格高強(qiáng)免酸洗鋼工藝開發(fā)、利用氧化鐵皮提高熱軋基板的耐腐蝕性能以及中厚板花斑缺陷的控制手段。最后提出了在去掉酸洗和預(yù)氧化工序的前提下,利用熱軋帶鋼免酸洗技術(shù),將免酸洗的鋼板經(jīng)平整和濕噴處理后,直接進(jìn)行還原退火和熱鍍鋅的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

Oxide scale is an inevitable product of hot rolled steel during production. There are a lot of surface quality problems resulted from the oxide scale. It is proposed that the research emphasis includes how to effectively utilize the oxide scale, rather than the descaling by pickling. In this paper, we described the development of the process of hot-rolled acid-free pickling high strength steel, introduced the method of improving the corrosion resistance of hot rolled steel by oxide scale and control means of granophyric defect on a plate. Finally, the key technology and development trend of direct reduction annealing and hot-dip galvanizing of acidfree steel sheet after temper rolling and wet spraying are put forward under the premise of eliminating acid pickling and pre-oxidation processes.
