基于我國壓水堆核電站核壓力容器用鋼及其制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展,闡述了“大型一體化設(shè)計”和“高安全長壽期運行”對核壓力容器用鋼工程應(yīng)用性能極限和現(xiàn)有設(shè)備制造能力極限的挑戰(zhàn);重點介紹了A5083鋼大鍛件成分優(yōu)化匹配控制技術(shù)、超大鋼錠高純凈高均勻冶金控制技術(shù)、復(fù)雜鍛件近凈成形鍛造技術(shù)、提升低溫韌性和均質(zhì)性的組合熱處理技術(shù)的研究進展和突破。上述技術(shù)是核電站高安全和長壽期運行的關(guān)鍵,也是我國核電工程制造技術(shù)躍居世界先進水平的重要支撐。此外,還簡介了我國新一代核壓力容器用A508-4N鋼大鍛件的研制進展及突破。

Based on the development of nuclear pressure vessel steel and its manufacturing technology for pressurized water reactor in China, the challenges of “l(fā)argescale integrated design” and “high-safety long-term operation” to the property limitation in engineering application of nuclear pressure vessel steel and manufacturing capacity limitation of its equipment were reviewed. The research progress and breakthrough on the manufacturing technologies for heavy forgings of A508-3 steel were introduced on emphasis, containing composition optimizing and matching technique, high purity and uniform metallurgical technique of extra-large steel ingot, near-net-shape forming technique of complicated forgings, as well as combined heat treatment technique for improving the low-temperature toughness and homogeneity of heavy forgings. The technologies as mentioned are the key factors to the high-safety and long-life operation of nuclear power plants. In addition, the development progress and breakthrough on new-generation heavy forgings of A508-4N steel for nuclear pressure vessel were also introduced.
