聲學(xué)超材料作為近年來(lái)研究的一個(gè)新興領(lǐng)域,極大地拓寬了聲學(xué)材料在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,聲學(xué)超表面作為聲學(xué)超材料的一個(gè)分支,近幾年也受到了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。聲學(xué)超表面是一種由超材料結(jié)構(gòu)單元陣列構(gòu)成的基于亞波長(zhǎng)尺寸的新型聲學(xué)超材料,能夠利用廣義Snell定理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)反射聲波或透射聲波的定向調(diào)控,具有利用亞波長(zhǎng)厚度調(diào)控聲波的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。由于其具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、物理特性豐富獨(dú)特、對(duì)聲波靈活有效調(diào)控等特點(diǎn),成為了超材料研究中的熱點(diǎn)課題。從超表面的概念出發(fā),以折疊空間型超表面、五模式超表面、非結(jié)構(gòu)化超表面為基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)介紹了幾種常見(jiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)單元的設(shè)計(jì)方法,及其對(duì)聲波調(diào)控的物理機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)諸如負(fù)折射、聲聚焦及聲非對(duì)稱傳輸?shù)裙δ。此外,?jiǎn)略探討了聲學(xué)超表面有待解決的問(wèn)題,以期為后續(xù)研究提供參考。

Acoustic metamaterials as an emerging field of research in recent years, have greatly expanded the application of acoustic materials in various fields. Acoustic metasurfaces, a branch of acoustic metamaterials, have also received extensive attention from both domestic and foreign researchers. Acoustic metasurface composed of an array of metamaterial structural units based on sub-wavelength dimension is a new type of acoustic metamaterial. It can use the generalized Snell‘s law to achieve certain directional control of reflected or transmitted sound wave, and it has the unique advantage of using sub-wavelength thickness to control sound wave. Due to its simple structure, rich and unique physical characteristics, and flexible, effective control of acoustic wave, it has become a hot topic in the research of metamaterials. This article first introduced the concept of metasurface, then the design method of common structural units and the physical controlling mechanism of acoustic wave to realize negative refraction, sound focusing and asymmetric sound transmission based on folded space metasurface, pentamode metasurface and unstructured metasurface were elaborated in detail. Finally, the future problems related to the acoustic metasurface were discussed briefly, hoping to provide valuable information for the future study.
