基于有限元模擬對(duì)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壓氣機(jī)葉片與機(jī)匣碰摩過程中的摩擦熱效應(yīng)和溫度變化進(jìn)行了研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在單次碰摩過程中,葉尖截面小,熱流密度大,溫度高;機(jī)匣面積大,熱流密度小,溫度低;葉尖與機(jī)匣的碰摩熱效應(yīng)存在不對(duì)稱現(xiàn)象。在轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)一周內(nèi),每個(gè)葉片只受到一次碰摩,而機(jī)匣要受到多個(gè)葉尖的碰摩,因此,在轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)一周之內(nèi),葉片與機(jī)匣的碰摩熱效應(yīng)同樣存在不對(duì)稱現(xiàn)象。這種多次不對(duì)稱熱效應(yīng)使得葉尖與機(jī)匣溫度分布與變化規(guī)律呈現(xiàn)出明顯差異,葉尖的升溫只發(fā)生在碰摩過程中,在不接觸的剩余時(shí)間內(nèi)由于空氣的對(duì)流換熱,葉尖溫度持續(xù)降低;對(duì)于機(jī)匣,在與葉尖碰摩過程中,機(jī)匣溫度上升,在與相鄰兩個(gè)葉尖碰摩的間隙時(shí)間內(nèi)則通過空氣對(duì)流換熱進(jìn)行降溫,因此,機(jī)匣的升溫曲線具有明顯的波動(dòng)增加的變化規(guī)律。

Based on finite element simulation, the friction-heating effect and temperature variations during rub-impact between blade and casing of rotor were studied. During a single rub-impact process, the asymmetric thermal effect exists due to the radiant area difference of the blade and the case. During a cycle of blade rotation, there is also an asymmetric thermal effect during the process due to different rubbing times of the blade and the case. This multiple asymmetric thermal effect makes the temperature distribution and change curve of the blade tip and the case appear distinct. The temperature rise of the blade only occurs in the process of rub-impact, and the temperature of the blade continues to decrease due to the convective heat transfer of air in the remaining time. However, the temperature of the case increases slowly because the case rubs with different blades, and the temperature drops during the interval time of the casing rubbing with two adjacent blade tips. Therefore, the temperature rise curve of the case increases in a fluctuating manner.
