SnO2氣敏傳感器對(duì)乙醇?xì)怏w的最小分辨率、靈敏度、可靠性與使用壽命,除與SnO2半導(dǎo)體的自身性質(zhì)相關(guān)外,還極大地受到了SnO2微觀形貌的影響。不同微觀形貌的SnO2對(duì)乙醇?xì)怏w的靈敏度、工作溫度、響應(yīng)范圍的差異可達(dá)十倍乃至幾十倍。近年來(lái),針對(duì)提升SnO2材料的乙醇靈敏度和拓寬響應(yīng)范圍,研究人員的關(guān)注點(diǎn)主要集中在通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)、制備不同的微觀形貌,提高SnO2材料對(duì)乙醇?xì)怏w的檢測(cè)能力。例如通過(guò)不同的制備工藝,制備出結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、粗糙多孔、高比表面積、甚至具備介觀周期性的SnO2微結(jié)構(gòu)以大幅提升該器件的靈敏度和響應(yīng)范圍。綜述了乙醇敏感SnO2材料的研究進(jìn)展,按形貌維度分類,對(duì)其制備方法、多孔性與比表面積以及對(duì)乙醇的靈敏度等進(jìn)行了介紹,討論了微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)SnO2材料靈敏度的影響,以期為設(shè)計(jì)制備高性能乙醇敏感SnO2材料提供參考。

The minimum resolution, sensitivity, reliability and service life of SnO2 gas sensors are greatly affected by the microstructure of SnO2 besides the properties of SnO2 semiconductors. The differences of the sensitivity, working temperature and sensitive range to ethanol gas of SnO2 with different microscopic morphologies can reach ten times or even dozens of times. Therefore, in recent years, the research on improving the ethanol sensitivity of SnO2 materials and broadening the sensitive range mainly focuses on how to design and prepare SnO2 materials with different microscopic morphologies to improve their detection capabilities for ethanol gas. For example, the SnO2 microstructures with high stability, rough porosity, high specific surface area, and even mesoscopic periodicity, can be fabricated by different processes, which can greatly improve the sensitivity and sensitive range of the device. In this paper, the research progress of ethanol sensitive SnO2 materials is summarized from aspects of the morphology and preparation methods, porosity and specific surface area, working temperature, ethanol sensitivity characteristics. The influences of microstructures on the sensitivity of SnO2 materials are discussed to provide guidance for designing and manufacturing high-performance ethanol sensitive SnO2 materials.
