熱能的儲(chǔ)存對(duì)解決能源獲取方式的間歇性和波動(dòng)性、能量生產(chǎn)與社會(huì)能耗在時(shí)間和空間不匹配的矛盾具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。相變儲(chǔ)熱技術(shù)是提高能源利用率的有效手段,其以相變儲(chǔ)熱材料為基礎(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的儲(chǔ)存與釋放,故相變儲(chǔ)熱材料的研究對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率儲(chǔ)熱起到關(guān)鍵作用。在中高溫儲(chǔ)熱領(lǐng)域,金屬作為儲(chǔ)熱材料具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),其中鋁基相變儲(chǔ)熱材料擁有相變溫度合適、儲(chǔ)能密度較大、熱導(dǎo)率高和相變體積變化小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在儲(chǔ)熱領(lǐng)域用途廣泛。從鋁基金屬相變儲(chǔ)熱材料的研究現(xiàn)狀著手,概述了影響鋁基相變儲(chǔ)熱材料成分及均勻性的工藝因素,介紹了典型鋁基相變儲(chǔ)熱材料的相變儲(chǔ)熱性能及多次熱循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性,簡(jiǎn)要分析了鋁基合金對(duì)容器的腐蝕機(jī)理,概括了鋁基相變儲(chǔ)熱材料在高溫狀態(tài)與相應(yīng)盛裝容器的相容性,最后總結(jié)了鋁基相變儲(chǔ)熱材料儲(chǔ)熱研究存在的問(wèn)題并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案。

The storage of heat energy has great practical significance in solving the intermittence and fluctuation problems of energy acquisition, as well as the mismatch between energy production and social energy consumption in time and space. Phase change thermal energy storage technology is an effective means to improve energy utilization, it is based on phase change materials to realize energy storage and release. The research of thermal energy storage materials is the key to achieve high efficiency storage of thermal energy. In the field of medium and high temperatures thermal energy storage, metals have obvious advantages as thermal energy storage materials. Among them, aluminum based phase change thermal energy storage materials have the advantages of suitable phase change temperature, high energy storage density, high thermal conductivity and small phase change volume. It is widely used in the field of thermal energy storage. This review starts with the research status of aluminum based metal phase change thermal energy storage materials, the process factors affecting the composition and uniformity of aluminum based phase change thermal storage materials are summarized.The phase change thermal storage performance and thermal cycling stability of typical aluminum based phase change thermal storage materials are introduced.Then the corrosion mechanism of aluminum based alloy on vessel is analyzed. Finally the compatibility of aluminum based phase change thermal storage materials with corresponding containers at high temperature is summarized.At last,the existing problems in the research of aluminum based phase change materials are summarized and the corresponding improving scheme is proposed.
