在硅化學(xué)領(lǐng)域中,聚硅氧烷的半無(wú)機(jī)特性使其在生產(chǎn)與生活中的應(yīng)用受到了廣泛關(guān)注,為滿足聚硅氧烷在基材應(yīng)用中的特殊需求,單活性官能團(tuán)封端的聚硅氧烷在常見(jiàn)雙封端聚硅氧烷的基礎(chǔ)上得到發(fā)展,并在越來(lái)越多的領(lǐng)域中得到應(yīng)用。與雙封端聚硅氧烷相比,單活性官能團(tuán)封端的聚硅氧烷的一個(gè)鏈端為具有化學(xué)惰性的官能團(tuán),另一鏈端為可參與化學(xué)反應(yīng)的活性官能團(tuán),該活性官能團(tuán)的活性位點(diǎn)可與其他單體或者含有活性基團(tuán)的有機(jī)聚合物、無(wú)機(jī)物或硅系化合物進(jìn)行接枝或者共聚反應(yīng),形成嵌段或者接枝改性的硅氧烷共聚物,此類(lèi)反應(yīng)不僅可以提高聚硅氧烷的力學(xué)性能,而且還可以將聚硅氧烷的優(yōu)異特性與其他聚合物的特性結(jié)合,使得單封端聚硅氧烷在涂料、與其他物質(zhì)復(fù)配等方面擁有更好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。根據(jù)官能團(tuán)的不同,對(duì)單活性官能團(tuán)封端的聚硅氧烷進(jìn)行了分類(lèi),綜述了單活性官能團(tuán)封端聚硅氧烷的研究進(jìn)展和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)單活性官能團(tuán)封端的聚硅氧烷的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。

In the field of silicon chemistry, polysiloxanes have semi-inorganic properties, which have attracted wide attention in production and life. In order to meet the special needs of polysiloxane in application of basic materials, single terminated polysiloxanes are developed on the basis of common double terminated polysiloxanes and used in more and more fields. Compared with double terminated polysiloxane, in single-active functional group terminated polysiloxane molecular, one of its terminal groups is a chemically inert group, while the other is an active functional group that can participate in numerous chemical reactions, and the active reaction sites are used to graft or copolymerize with other monomers or organic polymers, inorganic substances or silicon compounds containing active groups to form block or graft-modified siloxane copolymers, which can not only improve the mechanical properties of polysiloxane, but also combine the excellent properties of polysiloxane with those of other polymers. It makes single terminated polysiloxane gain better advantages in coatings, compounding with other substances and so on. According to the difference of functional groups, single-active functional group terminated polysiloxanes are classified in this manuscript, and the research progress and application fields of single-active functional group terminated polysiloxanes are briefly reviewed. The prospects of single-active functional group terminated polysiloxanes are also provided.
