相控陣檢測技術(shù)是無損檢測超聲領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù),將該技術(shù)應(yīng)用到爆炸焊接金屬復(fù)合板結(jié)合界面波紋特征的檢測是一種新的嘗試。介紹了相控陣檢測技術(shù)的基本原理和技術(shù)特點,分析了爆炸焊接復(fù)合板界面超聲波傳播特點和相控陣C掃成像基本原理,并在多種材質(zhì)的爆炸焊接金屬復(fù)合板上進(jìn)行試驗性應(yīng)用研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)相控陣掃查方向影響爆炸波紋的成像效果,通過相控陣檢測技術(shù),能夠快速獲取爆炸焊接復(fù)合板結(jié)合界面的爆炸波紋特征圖像,并能夠?qū)Σy特征進(jìn)行清晰識別與準(zhǔn)確評判,有效輔助爆炸復(fù)合工藝的提升改進(jìn),提高爆炸焊接復(fù)合板產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,同時也實現(xiàn)了以無損檢測方法評價爆炸焊接復(fù)合質(zhì)量的新突破。

Phased array testing technology is a new technology in the field of ultrasonic nondestructive testing. It is a new attempt to apply it to the detection of interface ripple characteristics of explosive welded metal clad plates. This paper introduces the basic principle and technical characteristics of phased array testing technology, analyzes the interface ultrasonic propagation characteristics of explosive welded clad plate and the basic principle of phased array C-scan imaging, and carries out the experimental application research on explosive welded metal clad plate of various materials. It is found that the scanning direction of phased array affects the imaging effect of explosive ripple, it can quickly obtain the explosive wave feature image of the bonding interface of explosive welded clad plate, clearly identify and accurately judge the wave feature, effectively assist the improvement of explosive welded process and improve the product quality of explosive welded clad plate. At the same time, it also realizes a new breakthrough in the evaluation of explosive welded clad quality by non-destructive testing method.
