在全球數(shù)字化飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)使數(shù)據(jù)的獲取、存儲(chǔ)和分析變得非常高效便捷。數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)作為科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)的第四范式,進(jìn)一步加快了數(shù)據(jù)在科學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用。政府、企業(yè)、科研院所甚至個(gè)人都積累了大量數(shù)據(jù),越來越多的人充分認(rèn)識(shí)到數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的推動(dòng)作用,因此對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的需求應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,需要從全生命周期的角度來構(gòu)建從數(shù)據(jù)的生產(chǎn)到輸出、應(yīng)用的全過程的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。對(duì)材料數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的七要素:材料數(shù)據(jù)分類、材料數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、材料數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管控以及材料數(shù)據(jù)庫的重要性和最新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行論述,描述了材料基因工程數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)情況。

In the era of rapid global digitalization, the internet, the Internet of Things (IoT) and computer technologies have made it highly efficient for data acquisition, storage and analysis. Data science, as the fourth paradigm of scientific discovery, has further accelerated the application of data in scientific researches. Governments, enterprises, research institutes and even individuals have accumulated a large amount of data. The role of data played in promoting the development of society, economy and technology is fully understood, therefore, there rises the demand for the data ecosystem, covering the whole production line from data production to data application. In this case, the necessity and progress of the essential features of data ecosystem are elucidated, including data classification, data standards, data collection and storage, intellectual property protection, data quality control and database of material data. The initial goal is to identify the significance of material data ecosystem. And the framework of data ecosystem of materials genome engineering is briefly demonstrated.
