高熵合金因其獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能受到了研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注。最初,高熵合金被認(rèn)為是理想的固溶體,具有完全隨機(jī)混亂的元素分布。而近期越來越多的研究表明,高熵合金中廣泛存在元素分布的非均勻性,包括局域的化學(xué)短程有序和元素濃度波動,這里統(tǒng)稱為成分非均勻性。了解高熵合金中成分非均勻性的結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)及其對于力學(xué)行為的作用至關(guān)重要。近五年,不少工作對此進(jìn)行了探究。簡要綜述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高熵合金中成分非均勻性的研究,基于其對位錯(cuò)滑移的影響總結(jié)了相關(guān)材料強(qiáng)化機(jī)制,并展望了高熵合金中成分非均勻性的未來研究趨勢。

High-entropy alloys have attracted much attention in recent years because of their unique structural characteristics and excellent mechanical properties.Originally, high-entropy alloys were considered to be ideal solid solutions with completely random element distributions. While recently, more and more studies have shown that inhomogeneity of element distribution exists widely in high-entropy alloys, including local chemical short-range ordering and element concentration fluctuations, which are collectively referred to as compositional heterogeneity here. It is of vital importance to understand the fine structure of compositional heterogeneity and its role in tuning mechanical behaviors of high-entropy alloys. In recent five years, lots of work probe into the mystery. In this paper, we briefly review the research on compositional heterogeneity in high-entropy alloys and its influence on the strengthening mechanisms and mechanical properties, and further prospect the future research in the relevant field.
