Pd作為高活性的貴金屬催化劑廣泛用于鈴木偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)等有機(jī)反應(yīng)。為提高Pd催化劑對(duì)鈴木偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的催化性能,采用具有光熱效應(yīng)的MoS2作為載體,設(shè)計(jì)并制備Pd/MoS2復(fù)合納米催化劑。首先通過(guò)水熱法合成MoS2花狀超結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)由納米片(片徑為200~300 nm,厚度約為7 nm)組裝而成。利用還原法在MoS2花狀超結(jié)構(gòu)的表面負(fù)載Pd納米顆粒,其直徑約為11 nm。隨后,以Pd/MoS2花狀超結(jié)構(gòu)為催化劑研究了激光加熱和油浴加熱兩種條件下的鈴木偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)效率。隨著波長(zhǎng)808 nm的激光的強(qiáng)度從1增加到4 W/cm2,激光加熱使溶液平衡溫度從294升高到60.8 ℃,相應(yīng)的光熱催化產(chǎn)率從30.5%提高到863%,明顯高于油浴加熱同等溫度下的熱催化產(chǎn)率(24.3%~60.4%)。當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為40 ℃時(shí),光熱催化速率是熱催化的1.5倍。綜上,Pd/MoS2花狀超結(jié)構(gòu)展現(xiàn)了較好的光熱催化性能,為設(shè)計(jì)高活性的鈴木偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)催化劑提供了新思路。

Pd has been widely used as a highly active noble metal catalyst for organic reactions such as Suzuki coupling reaction. To improve its catalytic performance for Suzuki coupling reaction, Pd/MoS2 flowerlike superstructures were designed and prepared by using MoS2 with photothermal effect as the carrier. Firstly, MoS2 flowerlike superstructures were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, and they were constructed from nanosheets with diameters of 200~300 nm and thicknesses of about 7 nm. Pd nanoparticles with diameters of about 11 nm were loaded on the surface of MoS2 by a reduction route. Subsequently, by using Pd/MoS2 flower-like superstructures as the catalyst, the conversion efficiency of Suzuki coupling reaction was investigated under both laser heating and oil bath heating conditions. When the intensity of 808 nm laser as heating sources went up from 1 to 4 W/cm2, the equilibrium temperature of solution from laser heating increased from 29.4 to 60.8 ℃. Accordingly, the photothermal catalysis yield enhanced from 30.5% to 86.3%, which was significantly higher than the thermocatalytic yield (from 24.3% to 60.4%) at the same temperature from oil bath heating. When the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the photothermal catalysis rate was 1.5 times as high as that of the thermal catalysis. Therefore, Pd/MoS2 flower-like superstructures show good photothermal catalytic performance, which assists in the design of highly active catalysts for Suzuki coupling reaction.
