金剛石色心具有室溫?zé)晒夥(wěn)定性和良好的生物兼容性,可作為一種優(yōu)秀的單光子源或熒光標(biāo)記物應(yīng)用于量子信息傳遞和生物熒光標(biāo)記等領(lǐng)域。而相比于傳統(tǒng)的金剛石氮空位(nitrogen-vacancy, NV)色心,金剛石硅空位(silicon-vacancy, SiV)色心展現(xiàn)出更為優(yōu)異的光學(xué)性能,包括更窄的聲子邊帶、更短的激發(fā)態(tài)壽命和更集中的熒光輻射。主要介紹了金剛石SiV色心的結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)和應(yīng)用前景,對比了SiV色心和NV色心物理參數(shù)和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域等方面的區(qū)別,并介紹了幾種常見SiV色心的制備方法。

Diamond color center has fluorescence stability at room temperature and good biocompatibility, and can be used as an excellent single photon source or fluorescent marker in the fields of quantum information transmission and biological fluorescent labeling. Compared with the traditional diamond nitrogen-vacancy (NV) color center, the diamond silicon-vacancy (SiV) color center shows better optical properties, including narrower phonon sideband, shorter excited state lifetime and more concentrated fluorescence radiation. This paper mainly introduces the structural properties and application prospects of diamond SiV color centers, compares the differences between SiV color centers and NV color centers in physical parameters and application fields, and introduces several common preparation methods of SiV color centers.
