耐蝕性差是制約鎂合金廣泛應(yīng)用的瓶頸問(wèn)題,行業(yè)關(guān)注的腐蝕痛點(diǎn)問(wèn)題包括鎂合金連接件的電偶腐蝕、表面防護(hù)涂層破損后易腐蝕以及鎂合金在力學(xué)/化學(xué)交互作用下的腐蝕問(wèn)題,分析了這些腐蝕痛點(diǎn)背后的原因,提出了需要進(jìn)一步研究的鎂合金腐蝕科學(xué)問(wèn)題,包括鎂合金電化學(xué)腐蝕的控制步驟、多因素耦合作用下的電偶腐蝕規(guī)律、力學(xué)/化學(xué)交互作用下的腐蝕機(jī)制、實(shí)用低成本防護(hù)涂層的構(gòu)筑及響應(yīng)機(jī)制等,并建議從腐蝕機(jī)理→材料→服役環(huán)境→加工制備→服役性能→表面防護(hù)→方法論等方面全方位思考,從本質(zhì)上澄清鎂合金的腐蝕機(jī)理,開(kāi)發(fā)出低成本、高耐蝕、多功能的鎂合金防護(hù)涂層,促進(jìn)其廣泛應(yīng)用。

Poor corrosion resistance is a bottleneck problem that restricts the wide application of magnesium alloys. The corrosion pain points in the Mg industry include galvanic corrosion of magnesium alloy connectors, easy corrosion after surface protective coatings being damaged, and corrosion of magnesium alloys under force/chemical interaction. The reasons behind these corrosion pain points are analyzed, and the scientific problems about the corrosion of magnesium alloys are proposed, including the control steps of electrochemical corrosion, the galvanic corrosion law under multi-factor coupling, the corrosion mechanism under force/chemical interaction, the construction and response mechanism of low-cost protective coatings. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the corrosion problems of magnesium alloys from the aspects of corrosion mechanism→materials→service environment→processing→service performance→surface protection→methodology, the corrosion mechanism of magnesium alloys is clarified, and the low cost, high corrosion resistance and multi-functional protective coatings are developed to promote the wide application of magnesium alloys.
