航空航天用金屬構(gòu)件需同時滿足高性能、低成本、高可靠性等要求,鋁、鈦、鎳三類合金由于具有優(yōu)異的綜合性能成為航空航天領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)發(fā)展材料,也是激光增材制造中重要的應(yīng)用材料。選區(qū)激光熔化技術(shù)成形精度高、生產(chǎn)效率高,可獲得近全致密的復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)金屬構(gòu)件,是目前增材制造的研究熱點(diǎn)。熱處理是增材制造金屬構(gòu)件后處理環(huán)節(jié)中的主要步驟,在調(diào)整組織及最終性能方面起著重要作用。重點(diǎn)介紹了近年來面向航空航天用選區(qū)激光熔化增材制造Al-Si-Mg、Ti6Al4V和Inconel 718合金構(gòu)件熱處理工藝的研究進(jìn)展,并對其未來發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。

Metal components for aerospace applications need to meet the requirements of high performance, low cost and high reliability simultaneously. Aluminum, titanium, and nickel alloys have become key materials in the aerospace field due to their excellent comprehensive properties, and they are also important application materials in laser additive manufacturing. The selective laser melting (SLM) technology offers high forming accuracy, high production efficiency, and the ability to produce nearly fully dense complex metal structures, making it a hotspot in current additive manufacturing research. The heat treatment is a major step in the post-processing for additive manufactured metal components, playing a crucial role in adjusting the microstructure and final performance. This paper focuses on the recent research progress in the heat treatment processes of Al-Si-Mg, Ti6Al4V and Inconel 718 alloy components manufactured by SLM for aerospace applications, and it provides an outlook on future development directions.
