陶瓷基復(fù)合材料(ceramic matrix composites,CMCs)具有密度低、耐高溫、抗氧化、力學(xué)性能優(yōu)異等特點(diǎn),可部分取代傳統(tǒng)高溫合金應(yīng)用于新一代航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的熱端部件。但CMCs在服役過程中面臨嚴(yán)苛的水氧腐蝕,這嚴(yán)重影響其性能穩(wěn)定性。環(huán)境障涂層(environmental barrier coatings,EBCs)是應(yīng)用于航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱端部件的重要材料,可將腐蝕性介質(zhì)與CMCs隔離開來(lái),從而對(duì)基體進(jìn)行有效保護(hù)。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了EBCs應(yīng)用背景、選材要求、發(fā)展歷程和制備工藝,重點(diǎn)敘述了稀土硅酸鹽EBCs水氧腐蝕行為和機(jī)理的研究進(jìn)展,并闡述了其服役過程中的失效原因。針對(duì)目前EBCs研究存在的問題提出了改進(jìn)建議。期望本綜述對(duì)高性能EBCs的開發(fā)提供一些參考。

Ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) have the characteristics of low density, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and excellent mechanical performance, which can partially replace superalloys and be used as hot-end components for aircraft engines. However, CMCs are confronted with corrosion from media such as water vapor during long-term service, which seriously affects their performance and stability. Environmental barrier coatings (EBCs) are important materials used in the hot-end components of aircraft engines, which can isolate corrosive media from CMCs and protect the substrate. The application background, materials selection requirements, development history, and preparation process of EBCs were briefly introduced, and the research progress of the water vapor corrosion behaviors and mechanisms of rareearth silicates EBCs were focused on. The failure reasons of rare-earth silicates EBCs during service were also elaborated. In response to the current problems of EBCs, improvement advices have been proposed, which have reference significance for the development of high-performance EBCs.
